Day 10

Sorry I have not posted in while. To Keep you up to date I have been working out everyday eating pretty healthy. I'm going to step up my eating so that I can lose more weight. My fitness coach took my measurements and I weighed in at 265 with 25.6% body fat. That is 67lbs of FAT on my small body. I will be posting more please look back everyday.

Day 2

Woke up at 5:00 am and I thought it was 4:00 so I went back to bed. Woke up again at 5:05 am and rolled out of bed and went to the gym. It is a good thing that no one talks to me at the gym because of morning breath.

While at the gym I got on that thing this is from the devil THE SCALES...I thought that I might weigh in about 200 but I haven't lost a pound so I'm at 270 still.

Day 1

4:30 am came early this morning!! I felt like just staying in the bed but then I thought I have to face all of you on my blog today. So I can't let you down...so I got up and went to the gym.

Today was upper body my workout lasted for 45 min. but I did not get to my back because I had to leave to be home by 6:00 am.

I weighed in at a big 270 this morning!!!! I have not weighed 270 since my College days. I hate the that scale in the weight room!! But the scale does not lie.

I'm thinking about asking people to sponsor me per pound to raise money for the ipod touches we are going to buy. Tell me what you think.

Also I'm thinking about taking a before and after shot of myself and not posting that until the end. Just knowing that my body will be on this blog in 6 weeks with my shirt off is motiving enough. Let me know what you think about that.
