Day 10

Sorry I have not posted in while. To Keep you up to date I have been working out everyday eating pretty healthy. I'm going to step up my eating so that I can lose more weight. My fitness coach took my measurements and I weighed in at 265 with 25.6% body fat. That is 67lbs of FAT on my small body. I will be posting more please look back everyday.

Good job Jamie, keep up the great work. question. do you have a goal of how many pounds you want to lose durring the six weeks? If so, tell us what it is. If not, get one! Studies show that we're more likely to complete our goals if we tell other people what they are. ( I totally just made that up . . . but it's probably true!) We love you and are all cheering for you!
